Hat Export Packaging and Container Loading

Export packaging standards

Hat export packaging must meet international shipping requirements. Inner packaging: individual OPP bags or branded paper boxes, moisture-proof and dust-proof. Outer packaging: 5-layer corrugated cartons, load-bearing no less than 15 kg. Carton sizes are customized per hat type and quantity. Common sizes: 60×40×50 cm, 50×35×45 cm.

Container loading plans

20-foot container (20GP) volume is about 28 m³, holding approximately 8000-12000 hats (depending on hat type and packaging). 40-foot container (40GP) volume is about 58 m³, holding approximately 16000-24000 hats. 40-foot high cube (40HQ) volume is about 68 m³, holding approximately 19000-28000 hats. Provide packing list and volume weight calculation before loading.

Assortment and marks

We support multi-style, multi-color and multi-size assortment. Assortment ratios are confirmed in the order. Carton marks include: client name, order number, style number, color, quantity, gross weight, net weight, volume and destination. Marks can be printed or labeled.

Shipping process

Shipping process: production complete → QC → packaging → packing → container loading → customs declaration → sea/air freight → destination port. Factory provides packing list, invoice, certificate of origin and inspection report. Support FOB, CIF and other trade terms.
