Material and shape development
Select straw, Bangora, paper, Panama, natural straw or wool felt directions. Confirm crown, brim, size, color and intended use for the collection.

Brand details and sample
Review logo placement, hat bands, labels, trims, sweatbands and packaging. We develop a sample or confirm an existing style for approval.

Pre-production confirmation
Confirm the final material, measurements, colors, branding, packaging, quantity and delivery requirements before production starts.
Production confirmation05
Bulk production
Our workshops cover sorting, weaving, shaping, dyeing, printing and finished-goods packaging. Monthly capacity reaches 30,000 pieces for blanks and finished hats.
Bulk order in production06
Quality control and shipment
Quality checks cover incoming raw materials, production consistency and pre-shipment finished goods. We prepare export orders for Mexico, Brazil and other Latin-American markets.
